Our mixture base tossed in a tamarind-and-jaggery glaze, then dusted with chaat masala. Sweet first, sour second, spicy third — the classic khatta-meetha flavour arc.
Originally created for a Ratlam wedding platter request in the early 1990s. Stayed on the menu because it was too popular to drop.
