Same hand-pressed chakli base, dusted with a schezwan-pepper-and-garlic seasoning. Sharper than peri-peri, more garlicky, with a Sichuan-numbing note from the schezwan peppercorn.

Every piece is made in the Thakkar family kitchen on Do Batti road, Ratlam — same recipes, same hands, since 1976. Three generations later, we still won’t outsource a step or substitute an ingredient.
