Kaju Katli

Whole cashews are ground to a fine paste, cooked with sugar over a slow flame until the mixture turns silky, then rolled thin and cut into the iconic diamond shape. We apply real silver leaf (chandi varak) on top — edible, traditional, festival-grade.

Our kaju katli is made fresh weekly. No artificial preservatives. Best stored in the fridge after opening; bring to room temperature before serving.

Pairs with strong coffee, or by itself as a post-meal sweet. A staple of every Diwali and wedding box we ship.
