Raw banana sliced thin, fried in coconut oil, salted while still hot. Lightly sweet, faintly buttery, addictive in the way only properly-fried banana chips are.
We don't claim these are Ratlami in origin — they're a respectful nod to a Kerala classic — but we couldn't keep them off the shop floor.
Hand-made in Ratlam
Every piece is made in the Thakkar family kitchen on Do Batti road, Ratlam — same recipes, same hands, since 1976. Three generations later, we still won’t outsource a step or substitute an ingredient.
