The full story
A blend of three lentils (moong, masoor, tuvar) each fried separately and combined, then dressed with a mild salt-and-cumin mix. The textures vary — some pieces shatter, some give — which is exactly the point.
Eat as is, or mix with our regular mixture for a heavier evening chivda.

Every piece is made in the Thakkar family kitchen on Do Batti road, Ratlam — same recipes, same hands, since 1976. Three generations later, we still won’t outsource a step or substitute an ingredient.
