Dakhle are a Madhya Pradesh classic — thin, hand-rolled discs of spiced flour, slow-fried until brittle. Mildly spiced, with a savoury-warm taste from a long-roasted masala.
We make ours small, plate-friendly, easy to eat in two bites. Best with chai.
