The full story
A two-layer cashew sweet — a thicker cashew base, a thinner saffron-pistachio top — set in small rectangles. Saffron gives it warmth, pistachio gives it bite, the cashew base ties it together.
We make Kaju Sangam in limited weekly batches because the technique is fussy. Often sells out around festivals.

Every piece is made in the Thakkar family kitchen on Do Batti road, Ratlam — same recipes, same hands, since 1976. Three generations later, we still won’t outsource a step or substitute an ingredient.
