One of our newer creations, born from a kid asking if we could "make sev taste like Maggi." We worked through dozens of spice blends to get a savoury, slightly tangy seasoning that nods to that childhood masala-noodle flavour while staying respectably traditional in texture.
Goes down well with kids and adults who grew up on it.
Hand-made in Ratlam
Every piece is made in the Thakkar family kitchen on Do Batti road, Ratlam — same recipes, same hands, since 1976. Three generations later, we still won’t outsource a step or substitute an ingredient.
