Dudh sev (milk sev) is the gentlest of all our pressings — chickpea dough enriched with a touch of milk, and seasoned with just salt and a pinch of pepper. Almost no heat. Almost no spice. Just clean savoury crunch.

Hand-made in Ratlam
Every piece is made in the Thakkar family kitchen on Do Batti road, Ratlam — same recipes, same hands, since 1976. Three generations later, we still won’t outsource a step or substitute an ingredient.
