The full story
Fresh mint leaves are ground into the chickpea dough before pressing. The mint is subtle — not overwhelming — and gives the sev a clean, slightly cooling aftertaste.
Hand-pressed and fried fresh, the way every sev should be. Pairs particularly well with dahi-based snacks, raita, and summer chaat.
