The Karorpati (literally, "millionaire") line is our richest gathiya — pressed thick, fried in pure oil, and dusted with a powerful hit of asafoetida (hing). It's named for the indulgence, not the price.

Hand-made in Ratlam
Every piece is made in the Thakkar family kitchen on Do Batti road, Ratlam — same recipes, same hands, since 1976. Three generations later, we still won’t outsource a step or substitute an ingredient.
