The Karorpati (literally, "millionaire") line is our richest gathiya — pressed thick, fried in pure oil, and dusted with a powerful hit of asafoetida (hing). It's named for the indulgence, not the price.
Buttery in mouthfeel despite being deep-fried, with hing that hits the nose before the tongue. Treat it like a luxury chivda — small portions, alongside premium chai or coffee.
