If you've eaten poha in MP, you know it almost always comes with a generous topping of crisp sev. This is the sev we make specifically for that purpose — flatter, flakier, with a texture that softens just enough when it meets warm poha.

Every piece is made in the Thakkar family kitchen on Do Batti road, Ratlam — same recipes, same hands, since 1976. Three generations later, we still won’t outsource a step or substitute an ingredient.
