A nod to our Gujarati customers — pressed with extra chickpea flour for a fluffier, almost cloud-like crunch, and seasoned simply with mustard seeds, salt and a whisper of pepper. Closer in spirit to dhokla than to Ratlami sev.

Every piece is made in the Thakkar family kitchen on Do Batti road, Ratlam — same recipes, same hands, since 1976. Three generations later, we still won’t outsource a step or substitute an ingredient.
