Bhavnagri gathiya is a Gujarat staple — thicker than sev, fluffier than bhujia, seasoned with ajwain (carom seeds) and a little black pepper. We make ours soft on the inside and crisp on the outside, the way the original Bhavnagri shops do.

Every piece is made in the Thakkar family kitchen on Do Batti road, Ratlam — same recipes, same hands, since 1976. Three generations later, we still won’t outsource a step or substitute an ingredient.
