The full story
Bhakarwadi is technique-heavy: a spiced filling rolled inside a chickpea-flour dough, sliced, and slow-fried until each spiral is crisp and the filling has fused. Our garlic version takes the classic Pune-Mumbai bhakarwadi and adds fresh-roasted garlic to the filling.
Each spiral takes time to make. Each pack contains the work of half a day in our kitchen.
Hand-made in Ratlam
Every piece is made in the Thakkar family kitchen on Do Batti road, Ratlam — same recipes, same hands, since 1976. Three generations later, we still won’t outsource a step or substitute an ingredient.
