Gathiya is sev's thicker, fluffier cousin — a coarser dough, gentler frying, more air in every piece. We press ours with fresh mint kneaded in, so it has the soft crunch of gathiya with a clean pudina finish.

Every piece is made in the Thakkar family kitchen on Do Batti road, Ratlam — same recipes, same hands, since 1976. Three generations later, we still won’t outsource a step or substitute an ingredient.
