Pressed with fresh palak (spinach) puree worked into the chickpea dough. The result is naturally green, mild on the spice scale, and surprisingly fresh-tasting for a deep-fried snack.
Good for kids who find regular Ratlami sev too sharp. Often packed in office lunchboxes alongside poha.
